A message from our Directors
Being Courageous in God’s Strength
In early childhood, courage can look like trying something new, making a friend, or speaking up when things feel hard. Joshua 1:9 reminds us, “Be strong and courageous, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” God’s promise gives children (and us as parents) confidence to face challenges knowing we are never alone. As we guide children through their learning, play, and friendships, we can encourage them to trust God’s presence. Courage grows when children feel supported, loved, and reminded that God’s strength is always with them, no matter how big or small the challenge.

Learning Highlights
Pre-Kindy Learning Week 2
This term, our Pre-Kindy learners are exploring numbers 1 to 10! In Week 1, we focused on numbers 1 and 2 through fun, hands-on activities. The children enjoyed tracing the numerals, painting them with bright colours, and using collage materials to decorate and reinforce number recognition. We’re off to a great start building early numeracy skills!
Our Kindy & Pre-Kindy kids also went up to the college last Friday and joined in the special guest visit from Freestyle Dance. Our little learners had a wonderful time dancing and listening to songs.

It was a fun and engaging way to explore how different ingredients come together to make something delicious—and nutritious too. The kids loved mixing, measuring, and of course, tasting their creations! If you want to make it at home with your little learner find it below.

Fun with Literacy: Magic letter painting
Grab some white note cards, a white wax crayon, some watercolor paints and paint brushes for this activity from Mas & Pas. Use the crayon to write letters on the note cards (you’ll need to press firmly to make the “magic” work.) Give your kiddos some paint and brushes, and tell them to begin painting over the card. Watch their eyes light up when a magic letter is revealed! Ask them what letter it is and what sound it makes.
